RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for exchange must be in the original package with all parts included.

 

We cannot accept any returns unless the merchandise is defective. If merchandise is defective, we will gladly replace the merchandise or credit back if the item is no longer in stock.

 

All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with complete specification of the nature of the defect and/or return reasons. RMA may be issued by the company's account executive under its sole discretion. Contact us via our website at www.17streethomedesign.com for an RMA number.

 

Copies of original invoices and documents must be attached with the return. The RMA number must be posted on the outside of the return package. Any package without an RMA number will be rejected.

 

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping expenses must be prepaid by the customer. Returns of non-defective merchandise will be rejected.

 

Note: Shipping and Handling charges and insurance are not refundable. (Including all refused & unaccepted packages). We do not do any call tags.

If cancellations are necessary, it must be by written request to 17 Street Home Design within 3 days of purchase.
